ProHealth Physical Therapy and Pilates Studio was founded in 2005 by Dr. Karyn Staples, PT, PhD. She leads a staff of over a dozen
physical therapists, Pilates instructors and office support staff in providing effective research-based therapies and exercise.
Dr. Staples is considered an expert in Pilates, especially where Pilates intersects with Physical Therapy. She’s also an internationally
recognized speaker and trainer on Polestar Pilates and physical therapy related topics. She speaks nationally for the Pilates Method
Alliance conference. And also conducts Polestar training each year at ProHealth and at other studios.
Dr. Staples leads her entire staff, bringing back the latest in effective Pilates movement and evidence-based techniques from
conferences across the country. Serving Peachtree City and the surrounding areas, ProHealth is known as a center for Pilates-based
physical therapy and training. Dr. Staples believes strongly in education and in encouraging continuing education for her staff.
Dr. Staples conducts training sessions for her staff nearly every month. This keeps the standard of care at an extremely high
level for ProHealth’s patients and clients.
