Karyn specializes in addressing complex orthopedic issues using specific hands-on techniques, including a specialized soft-tissue mobilizations and Active Release Techniques (ART).

Karyn Staples, MPT, OCS is a Women’s Health Specialist with years of experience treating such conditions as pelvic pain, incontinence, fibromyalgia, low back pain, and other musculoskeletal pain. Karyn is currently working on completing her Doctorate of Health Sciences, specializing in Orthopedics and Women’s Health. Her research studies the impact of a Pilates-based exercise program on low back pain in pregnant Women.
